Profile, SEO, booking form, notifications, and account.
Profile and branding
- Display name, studio name, bio — Shown on your public site and in booking emails.
- Profile and cover images — Used on your landing page and in shared links.
- Theme — Primary and accent colors so your site matches your brand.
SEO
- Custom title — e.g. “Jane Doe | Tattoo Artist in Austin, TX” (keep under 70 characters).
- Meta description — Short summary for search results (under 160 characters).
- Keywords — Optional comma-separated list.
Your sitemap and basic structured data are generated automatically for your subdomain.
Booking form
- Books open / closed — When closed, the booking form shows a message and no new requests are submitted.
- Required fields — e.g. require phone or a custom question like “Have you been tattooed before?”
- Hidden fields — Hide fields you don’t need (e.g. phone if you only use email).
Notifications
- Email — All artists get email for important events (new request, deposit, reminders, etc.).
- SMS — Depends on your plan: Free (email only), Pro (limited SMS per month), Business (unlimited). You can set preferences for which events trigger SMS vs email.
- Push — If you use the mobile app, you can choose which events send push notifications.
Aftercare and legal
- Aftercare templates — Default or custom text sent to clients after a session; you can assign templates by tattoo type.
- Waiver — If you use a waiver, upload or paste the text; clients may be asked to accept it during booking.
Account and billing
- Billing — View plan, usage (e.g. SMS count), and open the billing portal to update payment or cancel.
- Deactivate account — Option to deactivate your artist account; you can reactivate later by contacting support.
