  • Profile and cover images — Used on your landing page and in shared links.

SEO

  • Custom title — e.g. “Jane Doe | Tattoo Artist in Austin, TX” (keep under 70 characters).
  • Meta description — Short summary for search results (under 160 characters).
  • Keywords — Optional comma-separated list.

Your sitemap and basic structured data are generated automatically for your subdomain.

Notifications

  • Email — All artists get email for important events (new request, deposit, reminders, etc.).
  • SMS — Depends on your plan: Free (email only), Pro (limited SMS per month), Business (unlimited). You can set preferences for which events trigger SMS vs email.
  • Push — If you use the mobile app, you can choose which events send push notifications.

Aftercare and legal

  • Aftercare templates — Default or custom text sent to clients after a session; you can assign templates by tattoo type.
  • Waiver — If you use a waiver, upload or paste the text; clients may be asked to accept it during booking.

Account and billing

  • Billing — View plan, usage (e.g. SMS count), and open the billing portal to update payment or cancel.
  • Deactivate account — Option to deactivate your artist account; you can reactivate later by contacting support.
