Payments
Deposits, Stripe Connect, and how clients pay.
Deposit and pricing
- You set your deposit amount in onboarding or under Settings. Clients pay this after you approve their request and before they pick an appointment time.
- Your full-day and half-day rates are shown to clients as a guide; you can charge a different amount at the session and record it when you mark the appointment complete.
Stripe Connect (card payments)
To accept card payments for deposits (and optional later payments):
- Go to Settings → Payments (or the payments section in your dashboard).
- Click Connect Stripe and complete the Stripe Connect onboarding.
- Once connected, clients can pay the deposit by card. Payouts go to your linked bank account per Stripe’s schedule.
If you don’t connect Stripe, you can still use Cash App, Apple Pay, Cash, or Other and record the method when you complete the session. Deposits would be collected outside the app (e.g. you send a Cash App link).
What clients see
- After approval, the client sees a Pay deposit step (if you use one) and then Choose appointment.
- They can pay by card (if Stripe is connected) or you can mark deposit paid manually if you collect it another way.
Billing (your subscription)
Your BT Inkk subscription (Free, Pro, or Business) is billed separately. You can manage it and view invoices from Settings → Billing (or the billing/account section).
