Getting Started

Create your artist account and get your booking site live.

Create your account

  1. Go to BT Inkk and click Sign up.
  2. Enter your email and choose a password.
  3. Confirm your email if prompted.

Complete onboarding

After signing up you’ll go through a short onboarding flow:

  • Profile — Display name, studio name, and a short bio.
  • Location — Your city and state (used for SEO and future discovery).
  • Rates — Full-day and half-day rates, and whether you require a deposit.
  • Portfolio — Upload at least one piece so clients can see your work.
  • Booking form — Optional: hide or require certain fields (e.g. phone, custom questions).

When you finish, your booking site is live at yourname.btinkkstudio.com (or your custom subdomain if configured).

Your dashboard

From the admin dashboard you can:

  • View and manage booking requests (approve, decline, or request changes).
  • See appointments and mark sessions complete or no-show.
  • Manage your portfolio (add, reorder, feature pieces).
  • Update settings (profile, SEO, booking form, notifications).
  • Use Messages to chat with clients about their bookings.

Next steps

  • Add a link to your booking site in your Instagram bio or website.
  • Turn on Books open when you’re ready to accept new requests.
  • Customize your FAQ and aftercare content in Settings if you want.
